About HomeChoice Senior Care
We Know Your Community
HomeChoice® is locally owned and operated. Our managers and many of our caregivers were raised in this area. They send their kids to school here, they use local doctors and hospitals, and they have Midwestern work ethics and values – just like you. We’re familiar with the community and have connections to many area resources.

Before graduating from the University of Iowa School of Social Work, Dana interned in our Cedar Rapids office. Having helped to take care of her grandparents as they chose to age in their home, Dana understands what families’ concerns are when seeking home care. Dana works in our Des Moines office helping caregivers, our community partners, clients and their families.
Originally from the Chicago area, Dana now lives on the west side of Des Moines and is already very involved in the community. She actively volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association to help support patients and their families. She enjoys discovering new restaurants (her favorite type of food is pasta), traveling, reading, going to baseball games (especially the Chicago Cubs), and spending time with her parents and grandparents.
